Refund eligibility depends on the services provided, the cancellation terms disclosed before payment and applicable law. Fees for completed work may be non-refundable where lawful and previously disclosed.
Government, embassy, biometric, insurance, ticket and other third-party charges may be non-refundable under the relevant provider's rules. Their refund decisions may be outside our control.
Visa approval is determined by the relevant immigration authority. Our consultation and assistance services do not guarantee visa approval.
